Job Description – DTP Operator
Position: DTP Operator
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Qualification: Minimum 10th / 12th Pass
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Location: Thane (Candidates from Thane, Kalwa, Mulund, Nahur & nearby areas preferred)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Desktop Publishing (DTP) work accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare, edit and format documents as per client or company requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for artwork and document updates.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports.
- Ensure quality checks before finalising documents.
- Communicate through emails, phone calls and WhatsApp for work coordination.
Required Skills
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic documentation and record management.
Technical Skills
- MS Excel (Advance Excel preferred)
- MS Word
- Internet Browsing & Web Research

- CRM Software
- WhatsApp
- General Computer Operations
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Candidates from Thane, Kalwa, Mulund, Nahur and nearby areas will be preferred.
- Candidates with prior experience in DTP, document formatting, printing or publishing will have an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
