Experience Required
- 7–10 years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Create and oversee monthly social media content calendars and campaign execution.
- Manage the design and delivery of creative assets, including:
- Social media posts
- Banners
- Videos
- Event creatives
- Exhibition materials
- Hoardings
- Marketing collateral
- Conceptualize and design graphics, illustrations, and infographics aligned with brand guidelines.
- Review and supervise the work of junior designers to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Generate innovative content ideas and stay updated with the latest social media and design trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand communication.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategy, and performance analytics.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in graphic design and content creation tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
