About the Role
Well Educated Marriage Bureau is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the organization in building a productive, professional, and positive workplace.
The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, employee records, HR documentation, coordination, and employee engagement activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring
- Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and release offer letters and joining documentation.
- Maintain an organized candidate database.
Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Coordinate joining formalities for new employees.
- Collect and verify required employee documents.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Explain company policies, rules, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain employee personnel files and records.
Attendance & Employee Records
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Monitor employee punctuality and attendance.
- Maintain employee databases and HR documentation.
- Track probation periods, confirmations, and employee movements.
- Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Address routine employee queries and concerns.
- Maintain professional communication between employees and management.
- Assist in resolving workplace issues and employee grievances.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment.
Performance Management
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Track probation and performance review timelines.
- Maintain performance-related documentation.
- Support managers in monitoring employee performance and KPIs.
HR Administration
- Prepare HR letters, notices, forms, and other documentation.
- Maintain confidential employee information.
- Coordinate payroll-related attendance and employee data with the relevant team.
- Assist management with HR reports and workforce information.
- Ensure HR processes are followed consistently.
- Support management with other HR-related activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee onboarding processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR software/HRMS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Professional and positive attitude.
