Job Description
We are hiring an Admin Assistant with 2–3 years of experience to manage day-to-day administrative operations, vendor coordination, and office support activities. The candidate should be well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Manage daily office administration and operations
- Handle emails, calls, and internal/external communication
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange conference rooms
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, maintenance, IT support)
- Track AMC services and ensure timely completion
- Process invoices, maintain bills, and follow up on payments
- Maintain GST records and vendor documentation
- Handle purchase requests and coordinate with the procurement team
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory records
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Prepare reports (MIS, expense tracking, admin updates)
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and infrastructure

- Graduate in any discipline
