Site Supervisor – Window Installation
Kerala (Travel across project sites)
Job Summary
Responsible for complete site coordination for window installation projects across Kerala. Ensure smooth execution of work, timely completion, quality compliance, and effective coordination between clients, contractors, installation teams, and the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise window installation activities at multiple sites.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, site engineers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site requirements.
- Ensure installation quality and adherence to safety standards.
- Resolve site issues and provide regular progress updates.
- Maintain site reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of site supervision experience, preferably in uPVC/Aluminium windows, façades, or construction projects.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple sites across Kerala.
- Knowledge of drawings, measurements, and site execution.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
