We are seeking a results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, increasing revenue, improving lead conversion, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our programs.
Role Overview
The Sales & Operations Executive will be responsible for managing enquiries, converting leads into enrolments, ensuring the smooth execution of daily programs, coordinating with trainers, supporting operational activities, and developing referral partnerships with hospitals and clinics.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, managing operations, and contributing to the growth of a purpose-driven healthcare startup.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Relationship Management
- Respond promptly to enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
- Counsel prospective mothers and families about Aura's services and recommend suitable programs.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into enrolments.
- Achieve monthly sales and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout their journey.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM regularly.
2. Operations & Administration
- Coordinate daily administrative and operational activities.
- Maintain client records, enrolment documentation, invoices, payment records, and attendance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure adherence to Aura's operational processes and SOPs.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and vendor requirements.
- Support the leadership team with day-to-day operational tasks.
3. Partnership & Field Sales
- Identify and approach hospitals, gynecology clinics, fertility centres, pediatric clinics, physiotherapy centres, diagnostic centres, and corporate organizations for collaboration opportunities.
- Schedule and conduct meetings to introduce Aura's services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral partners.
- Coordinate awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional activities with partner organizations.
- Track referrals generated through partnerships and maintain a partner database.
- Represent Aura at networking events, healthcare programs, and community outreach initiatives.
4. Customer Experience & Community Engagement
- Manage client communication through WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Send reminders, announcements, follow-ups, and important updates.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for every client.
- Build long-term relationships that encourage repeat participation and referrals.
5. Reporting & Performance
- Track and report key performance metrics, including:
- Lead response time
- Enrolments
- Conversion rate
- Attendance
- Session punctuality
- Customer satisfaction
- Referral partner performance
- Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, customer service, administration, or business development.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, fitness, maternity, or service industries is preferred.

- Achievement of monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Timely follow-up and conversion of enquiries.
- Smooth execution of all scheduled programs and workshops.
- Minimal operational or technical disruptions during sessions.
- High customer satisfaction and retention.
- Development of new referral partnerships and partner engagement.
- Accurate reporting and CRM updates.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
