Linklet HR Consultancy is hiring a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator for one of our prestigious clients in the Furniture Manufacturing and Trading sector. The client is a prominent player in the industry, known for delivering high-quality workspace and furniture solutions.
Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, highly organized, and proactive professional who can seamlessly coordinate projects from inception to completion. This role involves substantial travel across India to manage on-site timelines, coordinate with manufacturing units, and ensure seamless delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the client, manufacturing units, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Timeline Management: Monitor project schedules, anticipate bottlenecks, and implement quick solutions to keep deliveries on track.
- On-Site Supervision: Travel extensively to various project sites across India to oversee installation, quality checks, and client handovers.
- Resource Alignment: Coordinate logistics, material tracking, and vendor management specifically within the furniture manufacturing and trading workflow.
- Reporting: Provide regular, detailed updates to senior management regarding project milestones and budget adherence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience in project coordination, logistics, or operations (experience within the furniture, interior design, or manufacturing industry is a major plus).
- Travel Flexibility: Must be willing and ready to travel extensively across India on short notice.
- Joining Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a very short notice period are highly preferred.
- Core Skills: Strong decision-making capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and coordinating skills to handle multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
