We are looking for a creative and highly skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor with strong expertise in video editing. This is a video-first role where you'll create engaging video content for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, and branding while also designing supporting graphics.
The ideal candidate is experienced with industry-standard editing software and is comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to improve speed, quality, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
- Create motion graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional content.
- Design graphics, thumbnails, banners, social media creatives, and marketing materials.
- Color correct, add transitions, animations, captions, sound effects, and background music.
- Collaborate with Social Media Manager to develop engaging visual content.
- Use AI-powered design and video tools to improve workflow and content quality.
- Organize and manage project files efficiently.
- Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
Must Have Skills
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with Adobe After Effects for basic to intermediate motion graphics.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and modern editing styles.
- Experience editing short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok).
- Strong graphic design fundamentals including typography, color, and layout.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing.
Experience
- 2-5+ years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both video editing and graphic design work is required.
