Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Account Head to lead the Accounts & Finance function. The candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, statutory compliance, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of accounting standards, and the ability to support business decision-making through financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for management.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial controls and accounting policies.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Support management in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced MS Excel and financial analysis skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
