Job Description:
- Define and implement business development strategies for solar EPC projects (Rooftop & Utility Scale).
- Develop market entry and expansion strategies, partnerships, and client engagement models.
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the preparation of techno-commercial proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, government bodies, consultants, and clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Oversee tendering, bid preparation, and commercial offers.
- Track competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards in solar EPC offerings.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in sales and business development
- 5+ years of experience in business development in the renewable energy/solar EPC sector.
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing solar EPC projects (rooftop & utility scale).
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
