Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of dental equipment at customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of dental equipment at clinics and hospitals.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
- Service and maintenance of dental chairs, compressors, handpieces, intraoral cameras, light cure units, scanners, and other dental equipment.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintain service reports and records of repairs and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with the office and service team regarding pending complaints and requirements.
- Travel to customer locations when required.
- Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in servicing medical/dental equipment will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic troubleshooting.
- Ability to use basic tools and testing equipment.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- Willingness to travel within Kerala.

Salary
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
