Job Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Guide prospective students through the admission process.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding admissions and student support.
- Meet monthly admission and counseling targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, admissions, sales, or customer support (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
