We have urgent requirement for "Head Of Operations". We are looking for someone who has 5 to 8 Yeas of exp in handling Head of Operations role. Preferably from Retail, Fashion Industry.

Architect and execute cost-optimization and process reengineering initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce operational expenditure, and boost efficiency across business functions.
Lead cross-functional teams through a performance-driven culture, focused on continuous improvement, capability development, and accountability for delivery excellence.
Formulate and implement data-led decision frameworks leveraging analytics to identify process bottlenecks, drive strategic insights, and enhance operational predictability.
