- Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Provide detailed information about the digital marketing curriculum, certifications, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with potential leads and convert them into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate student records, lead data, and daily activity reports.
