Ø Regulating the collection business on client requirement in dead pool (LSA).
Ø Moderating with other team members towards the strategic recovery mode.
Ø Managing the clients and management with respect in meeting goals.
Ø Implementing new ideas towards targets achievement.
Ø Resolving customer queries to make full payments.
Ø Educating customers on their future problems based on CIBIL and to avoid legal situations.
Ø Should Hold Banking and Financial Segment. (Norms)
Ø Amplifying the collection month on month based on targets and requirements.
Qualifications:
Education level: Graduates/12th/PUC and Diploma
Experience: 0 to 1 Years
Salary: Best as per industry standards with attractive additional incentives
Specific skills: Proficient Tamil and Malayalam
Personal characteristics: Should have excellent verbal command and customer interaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
