We are seeking an experienced Zuora Billing & Revenue Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise to support, enhance, and optimize our Quote-to-Cash (QTC), Subscription Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition processes. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), Zuora Workflows, Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Development, and integrations across enterprise systems.

Subscriptions and Amendments

Invoicing, Credits, and Adjustments

Revenue Recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15)

Revenue Contracts and POB Management
-
Support month-end revenue close activities and revenue troubleshooting.

Drive process improvements and automation opportunities across Quote-to-Cash processes.

Partner with business stakeholders to define scalable subscription and revenue solutions.

Configure and develop solutions using:
- Zuora Billing

Zuora Revenue (RevPro)

Zuora CPQ / Quotes

Zuora Workflow
-
Build and maintain automation workflows for:
- Subscription lifecycle management

Billing processes

Revenue processing

Data synchronization
-
Develop Salesforce customizations using:
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

Apex Classes

Apex Triggers

SOQL/SOSL

Lightning Framework

Design and develop integrations using:
- REST APIs

SOAP APIs

Middleware platforms (OIC, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)

Perform root cause analysis and production support for billing and revenue issues.

Create technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

3+ years of experience in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management.

1+ years of experience with Zuora Revenue (RevPro).

This profile would fit a level resource capable of independently handling NCR Atleos' Zuora Billing, Revenue, Workflow, Salesforce LWC, and Apex development requirements and have mid-level Zuora Billing & Revenue consultant (3–5 years)
