Job Overview: We are looking for a Operations Executive who will serve as a vital link between SuperProcure and our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively follow up with clients, understand their ongoing context, and follow up with necessary stakeholders till the task is completed.
This role requires a unique blend of patience, persistence, and high motivation to get things done through structured communication. If you are someone who stays calm under pressure, loves engaging with people, and can systematically drive tasks to completion, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Follow-ups: Proactively call clients daily to follow up on pending tasks, actions, and milestones.
- Data & Context Management: Listen actively to understand the client's current context/challenges and capture these insights accurately and communicate to internal stakeholders.
- System Updates: Maintain accurate, real-time records of whether tasks are "done" or "pending" within our internal systems
- Direct Reporting: Work closely with and report directly to the Leadership Team to share daily progress reports, client bottlenecks, and updates.
- Future Growth: As the team expands, this function will scale into a larger pool of specialists dedicated solely to client engagement and data collection, offering early team-leading opportunities.
Requirements
- The Persona: Highly calm, composed, and patient. You should possess a polite yet persistent attitude to drive work out of other people without friction.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Language Fluency: Absolute fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in any additional regional languages is a major advantage.
- Tech Savviness: Basic comfort with using software tools, google sheets or excel
- Ownership: A strong sense of accountability and self-motivation to hit daily follow-up targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
