We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP HCM Trainer to deliver engaging and effective online training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for designing course content, delivering live sessions, and supporting learners in understanding SAP HCM modules with real- time scenarios
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP HCM (Human Capital Management).
Prior experience as a trainer or faculty (online/offline).
Strong knowledge of end-to-end HCM processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Experience:
Minimum 3–8 years of experience in SAP HCM.
At least 1+ year of training experience preferred.
Work Mode:
100% Remote (Online Sessions)
Additional Requirements:
Availability for flexible batch timings (weekday/weekend).
Ability to handle working professionals and freshers.
Provide recorded sessions if required.
