A growing Industrial Automation company is hiring a technically sound and proactive Engineer – Inside Sales & Service professional to handle techno-commercial activities, customer coordination, procurement support, and order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through various channels
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable automation/electrical products
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations, BOM, and system architecture
- Negotiate with customers and convert inquiries into orders
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Purchase, and Accounts teams for smooth execution
- Maintain inventory levels and manage purchase orders
- Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and payments
- Perform operational activities through ERP system
Candidate Profile
- BE / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Automation, Electrical Products, or Industrial Solutions
- Good understanding of automation and control systems
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- ERP knowledge preferred
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
