We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-centric Part-Time Sales Representatives to join our retail team at the new Tanwood Leather mall kiosk. You will be the face of our brand - engaging with customers, showcasing our leather products, and helping create memorable shopping experiences that drive sales and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly attitude
- Provide product information, features, pricing, and guidance on selections
- Assist shoppers in finding items that match their needs and style
- Maintain attractive product displays and keep kiosk areas clean & organized
- Process transactions using the POS system accurately
- Share details about any promotions, offers, and special products
- Help restock inventory and monitor product levels
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits and purchases
- Report customer preferences and feedback to management to improve offerings
- Perform other duties to support kiosk operations as needed
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service
- Interest in fashion and leather accessorie
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-service mindset
- Comfortable working in a busy retail/kiosk environment
- Ability to handle cash
- Flexible availability (weekends and evenings)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn about leather products and brand values
