We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition who can drive end-to-end hiring strategy with a strong focus on vendor-driven recruitment models. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in managing recruitment vendors/consultants, optimizing external hiring channels, ensuring cost efficiency, and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.
This role requires someone who can independently build and manage vendor ecosystems for large-scale hiring while also leading internal recruitment operations, stakeholder management, reporting, and process optimization.

Develop and execute recruitment strategies through external vendors, consultants, staffing agencies, and recruitment partners.

Identify, onboard, negotiate commercials, and manage relationships with hiring vendors.

Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and remove underperforming vendors.

Ensure vendors follow company hiring guidelines, compliance policies, and SLAs.

Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.

Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.

Create hiring roadmaps for critical and volume hiring requirements.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality benchmarks.

Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple departments/functions.

Work closely with hiring managers, department heads, and leadership teams.

Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline visibility, and market insights.

Manage escalations related to hiring delays, vendor performance, or candidate experience.

Build recruitment SOPs for vendor hiring workflows.

Track recruiter and vendor productivity metrics.

Ensure proper ATS/HRMS updates and recruitment documentation.

Drive automation in recruitment reporting and tracking systems.

Improve hiring turnaround time and reduce dependency risks.
