About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sr Business Development Specialist to lead revenue growth for our Salesforce and Snowflake services, with a strong focus on the US market and global markets .
This role is designed for a self-motivated sales professional who can own the complete business development lifecycle, operate independently in a remote environment, and engage confidently with international clients—particularly US-based stakeholders.
You will play a critical role in expanding MindRuby’s presence in global markets by building strong pipelines, closing high-value deals, and establishing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Ownership
- Drive new business opportunities for Salesforce and Snowflake services, including consulting, implementation, integration, migration and managed services.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed defined monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline focused on the global market.
US & International Client Engagement
- Engage with global clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning value-driven technology solutions.
- Conduct virtual meetings, discovery sessions, presentations, and negotiations with senior decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors).
Manage stakeholders across multiple geographies with professionalism and cultural awareness.

Strategic Prospecting & Market Expansion
- Identify and target ideal customer profiles across relevant industries.
- Execute outbound and inbound sales strategies using email, LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals.
Collaborate closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to align go-to-market messaging and offerings.

Ownership, Execution & Reporting
- Operate with a high degree of independence and accountability.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting using CRM tools.
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
Continuously improve sales approaches, pitch quality, and execution strategies.

Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales within IT services, technology consulting, or SaaS-led services.
- Proven experience selling technology services to US-based clients.
- Hands-on exposure to selling Salesforce and/or Snowflake services.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experience working with international clients in a remote environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
