About the Role
We are hiring for a reputed client in Electronic City, Bengaluru, seeking a dedicated and Multi skilled Technician (Operations & Maintenance). This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across the facility. The ideal candidate will be proactive, technically proficient, and capable of managing both routine and emergency maintenance tasks. You will play a vital role in maintaining optimal environmental conditions, supporting mission-critical operations, and driving overall operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and maintain HVAC systems including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance schedules, and performance checks to minimize breakdowns.
- Diagnose faults in HVAC systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely corrective actions.
- Ensure efficient operation of chillers, pumps, ducting systems, and air distribution units.
- Monitor and maintain environmental conditions in Data Centre and Hub Rooms to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Collaborate with facility management and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strictly comply with safety protocols, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide support during audits, inspections, and emergency situations.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
- Valid certification/license in HVAC systems (preferred).
Requirements
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge with proven problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
