Technical Coordination

Collaborate with engineering teams to understand architecture, technical dependencies, and delivery risks.

Facilitate technical discussions and ensure business requirements are translated into actionable work items.

Monitor technical delivery metrics and proactively identify bottlenecks.

Partner with architects and engineering leads to ensure alignment with technical strategies.

Agile Program Management

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Release Planning.

Manage and optimize team backlogs, capacity planning, and delivery forecasts.

Track Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, sprint predictability, and release readiness.

Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary communication bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Provide regular project updates to leadership and sponsors.

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.

Prepare executive-ready dashboards and insights using AI-assisted reporting.
Risk & Governance

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.

Establish project governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards and delivery processes.

Drive issue escalation and resolution management.
