We are looking for an energetic and confident Telesales Executive to join our growing car detailing company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, generating bookings, following up with leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain car detailing services and packages to customers
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Maintain customer follow-up records and daily updates
- Coordinate appointments with the operations team
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Reconnect with existing customers for repeat services and feedback
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Previous telesales or customer handling experience preferred
- Basic automobile knowledge is an advantage
- Strong convincing and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and professional communication
- Basic computer and WhatsApp handling knowledge
