Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Marketing Executive (Call-Based) who is interested in working in client communication and telecalling. This role focuses on making calls, generating leads, and following up with potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Explain products/services clearly over the phone
- Generate and maintain leads
- Achieve daily calling targets
- Follow up with interested customers
- Handle basic customer queries
- Support the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain call records in CRM/Excel
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / Basic English)
- Confidence in speaking over the phone
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and work in a team
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Freshers are welcome
- No prior experience required
Preferred:
- Interest in telecalling or sales
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
Salary:
- ₹10,000/- per month Starting + Incentives (Performance-based)
