Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Accounts Coordinator who will act as a bridge between our internal Accounts Department and our Chartered Accountant.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication, timely document flow, and accurate financial information exchange between both sides.
This role is essential for maintaining efficient financial operations, audit readiness, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily communication between the Accounts Department and CA.
- Share required financial documents, statements, and reports on time.
- Collect, verify, and forward all accounting data such as:
- Purchase & expense bills
- Sales data
- Bank statements
- Petty cash details
- GST documents
- Salary sheets & attendance
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely submission of documents.
- Assist with monthly closing activities and reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain proper digital and physical record-keeping of all accounts documents.
- Support CA in queries related to GST, TDS, payroll, bank entries, etc.
- Coordinate during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / GST / Accounting principles.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage timelines and follow up professionally.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to handle documentation and maintain proper records.
Preferred Qualities
- Experience working in diagnostic centres, hospitals, or small business accounts.
- Ability to work independently and handle communication with seniors confidently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
