Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Civil Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience to supervise construction activities, coordinate with contractors and workers, and ensure that work is completed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Take measurements and assist with quantity calculations and billing.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
- Maintain proper site documentation and records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and other project teams when required.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant site experience.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site supervision.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to work at construction sites and travel locally when required.
Salary & Benefits
₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
