- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
- Maintain attendance and leave records (if required).
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome visitors and clients professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with accounts, HR, sales, and operations teams as needed.
- Maintain records of office expenses and petty cash (if applicable).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
