The position requires implementing extract, transform, and load processes to facilitate seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems, enabling smooth data flow and accessibility for multiple teams and applications.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and optimization of data workflows to improve system performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data engineering activities with organizational goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Glue.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and best practices for data integration.
- Experience in designing scalable ETL processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues to maintain data accuracy and availability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Glue.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
