A Final Inspector in the automobile sector is responsible for conducting final quality inspections of vehicles before delivery to customers. The role ensures that vehicles meet company quality standards, safety requirements, and customer expectations by identifying and correcting defects prior to dispatch or delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform final inspection of vehicles after service, repair, or assembly.
- Check vehicle quality, cleanliness, fitment, and overall condition.
- Inspect mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic components.
- Verify completion of all repair and service jobs according to job cards.
- Conduct road tests when required to confirm vehicle performance.
- Identify defects, abnormalities, or pending issues and report them to concerned departments.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and quality procedures.
- Maintain inspection reports and quality records accurately.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and workshop supervisors for corrective actions.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery without defects.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering or related field.
- Technical certification in automobile service is an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in automobile workshop or quality inspection preferred.
- Experience in vehicle servicing or repair inspection is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Work in automobile workshop, service center, or manufacturing environment.
- May involve standing for extended periods and vehicle road testing.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
