Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Ayurvedic healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining Ayurvedic products and services to customers, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain Ayurvedic products, treatments, and wellness services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer database and call records.
- Coordinate with sales and support teams for customer requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
