About the Role
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our online presence and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and content marketing. Candidates with graphic design and video editing skills will have a distinct advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Drive organic website traffic through effective on-page, off-page, and technical SEO practices.
- Conduct keyword research, website audits, competitor analysis, and backlink-building activities.
- Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages, and blogs for improved search rankings and user experience.
- Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Generate qualified leads through digital campaigns while improving conversion rates.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO algorithms, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO (On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO).
- Experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and PPC campaign management.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
- Understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.
- Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools.
- Experience creating marketing creatives, banners, brochures, social media posts, and digital advertisements.
- Knowledge of AI-based marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in the BFSI, Investment Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Capital Markets industry will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or SEO certifications will be an added advantage.
