We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement at QuickFlo. This role is crucial in building a strong team culture and supporting rapid company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, hiring)
- Handle employee onboarding & documentation
- Develop and implement HR policies & processes
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace concerns
- Track attendance, performance, and employee records
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring and team planning
- Ensure HR compliance and company policies are followed
- Drive employee engagement activities & culture building
- Support management in team scaling and organizational structure
Requirements:
- 1–3 years experience in HR / Recruitment / Operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple roles and fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR tools and hiring platforms
- Startup or agency experience is a plus
