Maintain the operational integrity of our systems and support internal teams. You will manage hardware provisioning, handle access controls, and troubleshoot network and application issues to keep Cyreton running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, OS (macOS/Windows), and network issues through our ticketing queue.
- Manage employee onboarding/offboarding workflows, provisioning laptops, and configuring software access.
- Administer identity and access management tools (such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, and GitHub).
- Audit and document IT policies, software licenses, network hardware, and security compliance records.
- Conduct basic security monitoring, ensuring all team endpoints have proper antivirus, MDM, and VPN setups.
Key Requirements
- 1-3 years of helpdesk support, sysadmin, or IT operations experience.
- Strong technical proficiency with macOS and Windows troubleshooting, basic networking (DHCP, DNS, VPNs).
- Experience administering cloud-based software suites (Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, MDM solutions).
- High empathy, strong communication skills, and a dedication to solving problems for colleagues.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Google IT Support, CompTIA A+/Network+) are a plus.
