Key Responsibilities of a Steward:
- Kitchen Stewardship: Cleaning kitchen surfaces, washing dishes using industrial machines or by hand, and managing trash to maintain sanitation.
- Service Stewardship: Setting tables, polishing silverware, and restocking supplies.
- Guest Interaction (F&B Steward): Taking food and beverage orders, serving guests, and managing table turnover.
- Maintenance & Safety: Cleaning dining areas, monitoring inventory, and reporting broken equipment. Indeed +6
