About the Role
Rathi living services looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, online platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential customers and explain company services effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall company growth.
Requirements
* 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field preferred.
* Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
* Customer-oriented and confident personality.
* Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
* Candidates from real estate, facility management, hospitality, or service industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
