Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and approaching potential international clients
- Generating qualified leads for IT services and business solutions
- Scheduling meetings with decision-makers
- Managing the complete sales process independently—from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships

Compensation
✔ Commission-based role only (No Fixed Salary)
✔ Earn 8–10% commission per closed deal
✔ Recurring commission on long-term clients

Requirements
Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Preferred)
Strong Communication Skills (English Required)
Ability to Generate Leads Independently
Familiarity with LinkedIn Outreach & Email Outreach
Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented Mindset
