Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage post-sales customer relationships and ensure a seamless home-buying experience. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal departments, handle customer queries, and ensure timely completion of documentation and project milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after the sales closure.
- Manage customer onboarding, booking documentation, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects, and Banks to ensure smooth customer service.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
- Track payment schedules and follow up on pending collections.
- Coordinate registration, possession, and handover processes.
- Prepare customer reports, MIS, and status updates for management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM within the real estate industry (Residential projects preferred).
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in post-sales customer service and documentation.
- Familiarity with registration, possession, loan coordination, and collection processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
