Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive road transportation sales business across regions.
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate new business from corporate clients, manufacturers, FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
Expand customer base and identify new market opportunities.
Manage and mentor the sales team to improve performance and target achievement.
Coordinate closely with operations and fleet teams for smooth execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure profitability and long-term business growth.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
