Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Bidder to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities on various online platforms, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit proposals according to client requirements.
- Communicate with clients through chat, email, and calls.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospective clients and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and client interactions.
Required Skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of online bidding platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create professional proposals.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
