Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with experience in US Staffing/RPO sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth in the US staffing market.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
Acquire new US staffing/RPO clients and vendor partnerships.
Understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Required Skills:
2–5 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development in US Staffing//RPO Sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
