Job Title: Technical Field Sales Engineer – Effimax Systems

Role Overview
We are hiring a Technical Field Sales Engineer to generate and convert enquiries from chemical and pharma manufacturing plants.
This role involves plant visits, technical discussions, and application understanding for heating systems used in batch processes like ANFD, RCVD, GLR, and dryers.
This is not FMCG or retail sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit chemical and pharma plants in Ahmedabad and nearby areas
- Identify heating applications (ANFD, RCVD, GLR, dryers)
- Understand basic process and utility requirements
- Explain Effimax system in simple technical terms
- Generate and qualify serious enquiries
- Conduct discussions with plant engineers and maintenance teams
- Coordinate internally for pricing and proposal preparation
- Follow up with clients and support conversion
Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech – Chemical or Mechanical (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in industrial / technical sales
- Basic understanding of:
- Steam systems
- Utilities
- Process equipment
- Comfortable with field work and plant visits
- Good communication in Hindi and English
- Based within Ahmedabad (15 km radius preferred)

Salary & Structure
- ₹2.5 – ₹4.5 LPA (based on experience)
- Performance-based incentives (on conversions)
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
