At Google, we put our users first. The world is always changing, so we need Product Managers who are continuously adapting and excited to work on products that affect millions of people every day.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.
One of the many reasons Google consistently brings innovative, world-changing products to market is because of the collaborative work we do in Product Management. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
In gTech Users and Products (gUP), our mission is to advocate for Google’s users by creating helpful and trusted experiences across the product ecosystem. We achieve this by meeting partners and consumers where they are with support and help, representing their needs with our product partners and proposing fixes and features that elevate their engagement with Google's diverse product ecosystem. Additionally we provide a range of product services that ensure our products are optimized for every user, no matter where they are in the world (e.g., localization, digitization, partner integration and more).
- Define and execute the product goal and roadmap for the User Feedback ingestion platform, transitioning integrations from high-touch support to a scalable, self-service developer platform.
- Design, scale, and maintain high-throughput, highly reliable ingestion APIs and pipelines capable of processing feedback signals at Google scale.
- Lead the onboarding strategy for Google product teams, enabling them to integrate the feedback "front door" into their applications and directing the migration from legacy ingestion systems.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for platform adoption, ingestion velocity, and data quality. Use data-driven insights to identify friction points in the developer integration funnel and prioritize platform improvements.
- Create developer portals, self-service configuration tools, and documentation to minimize integration friction. Partner closely with backend engineering teams in Hyderabad and collaborate with global partner product teams to ensure smooth integrations.
