Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor logs and manage front desk operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for meetings and appointments.
- Assist in administrative and coordination calls for recruitment tasks as required.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Presentable and well-groomed personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience as a receptionist/front desk executive is a plus
Pay: ₹12,228.70 - ₹25,514.57 per month
