Job description: CONTENT WRITER
Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Writer to join our team. The Content Writer will be responsible for producing engaging, well-researched, and high-quality content that aligns with our brand’s voice and objectives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for writing, excellent grammar, and the ability to craft content for various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Researching, writing, and editing engaging content for blogs, websites, social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop content strategies for various campaigns.
- Ensuring content is optimized for SEO and other digital marketing strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice across all content, ensuring it aligns with company goals.
- Proofreading and editing content to ensure clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
- Staying updated with industry trends and news to create relevant and timely content.
- Monitoring content performance and suggesting improvements.
- Writing copy for email marketing campaigns and paid ad content.
- Assisting in creating content calendars and managing deadlines.
- Conducting keyword research and applying SEO techniques to increase web traffic.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent writing/editing skills.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research tools.
- Knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- A portfolio of published articles or writing samples is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication skills in English – written, verbal, and listening.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
