Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Service Management Strategist to drive IT service management strategy, governance and continuous improvement across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ITSM processes, service governance, operational excellence and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement IT Service Management strategies and frameworks.
Define and improve ITSM processes, policies, standards and governance.
Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
Establish and monitor KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and service performance metrics.
Collaborate with business, IT and technology stakeholders to align services with business goals.
Oversee incident, problem, change and service request management processes.
Identify service gaps, risks and improvement opportunities.
Analyze service performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Ensure compliance with IT governance, security and service management standards.
Guide service management teams and support capability development.
Prepare management reports, service reviews and strategic recommendations.
Required Skills:-
8–12 years of experience in IT Service Management / ITSM.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
Expertise in SLA, KPI, OLA and service performance management.
Strong experience in Incident, Problem, Change and Service Request Management.
Experience in ITSM governance and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ITSM tools and service management platforms.
Strong understanding of operational excellence and service transformation.
