Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily service operations, maintain high hospitality standards, supervise service staff, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served promptly and professionally.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Monitor table turnover and coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area.
- Ensure proper grooming and discipline of service staff.
- Assist in staff scheduling and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in restaurant service, preferably in a café or multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle busy service hours calmly and efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
