Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our HR team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling key HR operations including talent acquisition, HR compliance, onboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for various departments.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes.
2. HR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
- Assist in payroll processing and leave/attendance management.
- Draft employment letters, policies, and other HR documentation.
3. HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Support audits and maintain compliance-related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
· Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the IT or legal-tech industry.
- Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
