Job Title: Assistant Manager – Warehouse (Finished Goods)
Location: Meerut, U.P.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (flexible for the right candidate)
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy/B.Sc, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in pharmaceutical or dental industry.
Job Summary
Responsible for managing storage, inventory, and dispatch of finished dental pharmaceutical products while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, safety, and organization.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage dispatch, including picking, packing, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Use ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Handle damaged/expired goods and maintain quality & safety standards.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of GMP/GDP and inventory control
- ERP/WMS proficiency
